Eat to live or live to eat? If you're looking to learn, or improve, your cooking skills, I can help. Whether it's mastering a new technique like baking, grilling, frying, sauteeing, or braising or exploring a new cuisine, I can work with you to help you achieve your cooking goals.

Helping Individuals Reach Their Full Potential

  For over 10 years, I have been helping adolescents and adults on various platforms. I have volunteered as a mentor, assistant teacher and skills writer; rendering my services at West Springfield YMCA and Hoosac Valley High School. Most recently, through XCELL Mentorship, I provide local mentorships at both Taconic High School and Reid Middle School. I have great organizational, leadership, training and supervisory skills that allow me to provide quality service and performance in a high-volume setting

Over the last 3 years I have been the Teacher of Deportment at Reid Middle School where I teach DBT Dialectic Behavior Therapy focusing on EQ Emotional Quotient and AQ Adversity Quotient .

Some info about me

I'm originally from Philadelphia and trained at Le Cordon Bleu Institute of Culinary Arts in Pittsburgh. My work experience includes the Red Lion Inn in Stockbridge, MA where I gained experience in New England and French cooking. 

I have worked as a Sous Chef, Chef de Cuisine or Executive Chef at:

  • Spice Restaurant, Pittsfield, MA
  • Masse's Ocean Bar, Chicopee, MA
  • Viva Fresh Pasta, Northampton, MA
  • The Thirsty Owl, Saratoga Springs, NY
